We offer a 60-day return window for eligible products from the date you receive your order. To qualify for return, items must remain in their original condition, with intact original packaging, unused and unopened. Return Process

Once your return application is approved, you may send the package back to our designated return address. After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your refund accordingly.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once returned products pass our inspection, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 days. All refunds will be issued in United States Dollar to your original payment method. The actual arrival time of the refund may vary, subject to the processing schedule of your payment provider.

Shipping for Returns

Original shipping cost is complimentary for all outgoing orders. Return shipping fees for sending items back to us shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our error such as wrong item delivery or product defect.

Non-Refundable Situations

Order Shipping Note
